Recently, editors of Diverse Issues in Higher Education hosted a webinar regarding COVID-19 specific guidelines and strategies to help ensure you continue and improve diversity recruitment efforts for faculty and staff. Even during these times, it is critical to maintain retention strategies that support your diverse faculty and staff and support the mission and values of your institution.
